The clinic had operated for nine years in Zürich. Summer months consistently brought reduced bookings as locals travelled. Despite working with numerous marketing agencies across those nine years, none had successfully addressed the seasonal downturn.

Solution

Canguro Media took over Meta advertising management in March and built a paid funnel centred on the clinic's core treatments (HydraFacial, lymphatic drainage and the facial menu) to sustain bookings through the typically slow summer months.

Result

Within three months, the campaign generated 47 completed treatments and CHF 8'369 in treatment revenue. May became the strongest summer booking month the clinic had recorded.
