Kaya opened Frostbeauty in Suhr, a small Swiss town outside Aarau, as a specialist in Cryolipolysis (Kryo fat-freezing) and injectables. Local reach was hard to build organically. She had a strong treatment offering but no consistent way to fill the calendar week after week, and cashflow was tight enough in the first year that every campaign franc had to translate into a real booking.

Solution

Canguro Media set up a Meta Ads funnel around a model-price Kryolipolyse campaign, with bookings landing straight in the clinic's calendar and follow-up handled by our system. Over time the account expanded to fillers, laser hair removal, and a headspa launch, all running from the same operating rhythm: Kaya films short pieces of content, we build the ads and landing page, the campaign runs, and she gets a booking notification when a client picks a slot.

Result

Over 15 months, Frostbeauty has logged 237 completed bookings and CHF 46'708 in tracked treatment revenue directly attributable to Meta Ads. The Kryolipolyse model campaign is the anchor and continues to convert; the recent 90-day window alone delivered 80 real bookings, and Kaya is preparing to open a second treatment room to keep up with the flow.
