Henrik runs Heniva Vård in Södermalm, Stockholm, an injection clinic offering Botox, skin boosters, fillers and microneedling. He wanted new clients coming in without spending his time chasing leads and calling up prospects himself.

Solution

Canguro Media set up a Meta campaign for Henrik's core treatments. Bookings land directly in his calendar via HighLevel, and he gets a notification when someone books. Follow-up runs automatically via SMS, so Henrik just checks in when it's time.

Result

During the first two and a half months the campaign generated between 50 and 100 new bookings by Henrik's own estimate. Since February 2025, Heniva Vård has completed 79 registered treatments via HighLevel, with clear acceleration in June 2026 when 20 bookings landed in a single month.
