Elvira has run Klinikk Daub in Sandefjord for eight years, with permanent makeup as her main treatment. She tried creating campaigns herself in the clinic's own channels, but eventually realised the posts only reached people who already followed the clinic. An earlier agency attempt required manually calling every single lead, and the system around it was too cumbersome to maintain alongside the treatments.

Solution

Canguro Media set up five parallel Meta campaigns, one per treatment, with discount-anchored pricing and the whole funnel feeding straight into Klinikk Daub's booking system. Bookings happen automatically, and the system makes it easy for Elvira to follow up waiting clients without picking up the phone.

Result

In 13 months, Klinikk Daub has registered 774 completed treatments and NOK 1,577,310 in treatment revenue directly tied to the campaigns. Microneedling and HIFU account for the main volume, while Profhilo and Microblading have also delivered steadily. The clinic is now considering expanding to Oslo on the same setup.
