The clinic is run by Sebastian and his mother Camilla. The injection side had stable revenue, but Sebastian's part of the business (HIFU and tattoo removal) had poor client flow. The equipment and expertise were there, but the calendar sat half empty.

Solution

Sebastian was sceptical of agencies after earlier overpromises. Our guarantee model convinced him to test one month with no risk. Meta ads went live and clients started coming in immediately.

Result

One month was enough to prove the value. Since the start, over 1,000 bookings have been generated across all three treatments. The current challenge: keeping up with the flow.
