Susanne is a physician and has run Sagakliniken on Lidingö since 2011. For 15 years the clinic grew on referrals, but Susanne realised it would take more than that to keep growing. She had tried boosting posts herself on Instagram and Facebook, and tested another marketing agency where she had to call up the leads herself.

Solution

Canguro Media took over the Meta advertising with a funnel built straight into Sagakliniken's Boka Direkt system. New clients book directly without Susanne lifting a finger. Two-way communication around creatives and adjustments moves fast, so the campaigns iterate without friction.

Result

Sagakliniken's campaigns have brought in a steady stream of new clients, whom the team is also skilled at upgrading to treatment packages on site. Susanne describes the help as "a completely different thing" compared with her earlier attempts, and points out that every new client the campaign brings in more than pays for itself.
